We are excited that you are considering allowing your child to join us at Camp KidJam this year at Taylor University. KidJam is a week packed with fun, friends, and tons of opportunities for your kids to grow spiritually. We are grateful for the opportunity to share this adventure with your child.
The cost of Camp KidJam is $200 and includes transportation, lodging, all camp meals, activity fees, camp t-shirt, and small group materials. All registrations are online and require a non-refundable $50 deposit, with the option to make payment in full or choose a payment plan through April 30th. All registrations must be paid in full prior to camp.
To attend with Connersville, you must register through the Connersville link. Please complete the registration form at connersvillechristian.org/camp.
Your child will have the option to list two friends they would like to room with. We will do our best to place them with at least one of the friends listed.
We will depart from Connersville Christian Church in the church van on July 5th at 9:00am. We will return on July 8th at 4:00pm.
Each registered camper will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Camp KidJam FAQ page, packing list, camp map, and other important information.
Wednesday, July 5th Check-in:
Check in will begin Wednesday, July 5th at Connersville in the parking lot at 8:30am. Breakfast will NOT be provided. Please feed your child before you arrive, as we will not be stopping for lunch until around noon. All medications (prescription and non-prescription) should be brought in their original containers clearly marked with the child's name. Medications will be collected at check-in and distributed daily by a camp chaperone.
We will be leaving Connersville at 9:00am.
Saturday, July 8th Pick-Up:
We will return to Connersville around 4:00pm.
Meals: Each camper's camp fee will cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day we are at Taylor University. (8 total meals) You may want to send snacks with your child for late night or between-meal snacking.
Camp Store: Kids may purchase items from the camp store. Items include drawstring backpacks, baseball caps, CDs, T-shirts, and more. Camp KidJam suggests not sending anymore than $40 for spending on camp souvenirs. Kids are responsible for keeping track of their own money.
