After eating a fellowship meal along with teens and adults, KidCountry aged children begin their AWANA programming with a large group lesson where we worship together and hear a Bible story. Then the children break into three smaller groups: Cubbies for the preschool age; Sparks for Kindergarten through 2nd grade;  and T&T for 3rd through 5th grade.  Children work with their group leader to learn and recite Bible verses they've practiced throughout the week. Toward the end of the evening we come back together to play games and celebrate what the students have accomplished.  Each child receives a handbook and bag and works to earn patches, badges, and jewels as they progress through the book. This program runs throughout the school year and breaks for summertime.
